Abstract submissions
We are now accepting abstract submissions until January 15th.
We are now accepting abstract submissions until January 15th, 2027. Before submitting an abstract, you need to register; only abstracts from delegates that have completed the registration process will be considered.
We will be notifying colleagues if their abstract has been accepted on a rolling basis; for abstracts submitted between January 1st and 15th, final acceptance notifications will be sent by 30th January, 2027.
Some posters will be selected to be presented in a brief oral presentation; we will let you know by January 30th, 2027.
1. Prepare the Abstract
Download the Word template and fill it in with your abstract as per the provided guidelines. Save the completed document as WCNH2027_Abstract_YOURSURNAME.docx, replacing YOURSURNAME with your surname.
2. Registration
Complete the registration process before submitting your abstract. Only abstracts from registered delegates will be considered.
3. Submit the Abstract
Email your completed Word document as an attachment to the organising committee at wcnh2027@gmail.com with the subject WCNH2027_Abstract_YOURSURNAME, replacing YOURSURNAME with your surname.
